Dianne Mong is a seasoned Finance Executive and strategic financial leader with over 25+ years of experience driving transformation, governance, and growth across diverse sectors including telecommunications, construction materials and property. Currently serving as General Manager Finance at Adbri Pty Limited, Dianne has held senior finance roles at TPG Telecom, Vodafone, and Australand Property Group where she led complex mergers, capital management initiatives and finance transformations.
Her expertise spans financial strategy, risk management, M&A, and stakeholder engagement, with an astute eye for opportunity and successfully delivering shareholder value, including structuring the landmark TPG-Vodafone merger, and leading initiatives that improved EBITDA. Dianne is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Appointed to the Board of the Space Industry Association of Australia in May 2025, Dianne brings a collaborative and analytical approach to governance and strategic oversight, supporting the Association’s mission to advance Australia’s space capabilities and industry leadership.
The Space Industry of Australia (SIAA)
The Space Industry of Australia is the national peak body for the space industry in Australia,
representing more than 600 members. Formed in 1992, SIAA hosted the 2017 International Astronautical
Congress in Adelaide which led to the establishment of the Australian Space Agency in 2018. SIAA and
its member companies work closely with Australian governments, international partners, academia, and
industry to advance Australia’s space industry and economy.
