How long will it take?
The survey comprises 20 questions and should take 10-15 minutes to complete. The questions do not include identifying information and your response is completely anonymous.

What is the purpose of the survey?
Your participation in the survey will help obtain, for the first time, empirical data that may be used by scholars, policymakers and practitioners. The goals of this survey are to:

  • Assess industry demand for arbitration of space-related disputes
  • Evaluate the success of the existing arbitration infrastructure for such disputes
  • Identify challenges hindering the use of arbitration for the resolution of such disputes
  • Collect empirical data that will drive opportunities for future research and policy.

The results of the survey will be presented at the 2019 IAC conference in Washington next month (abstract here, session details here) and submitted for publication.
