The SIAA is very excited to announce plans to appoint a Chief Executive Officer, who will oversee the implementation of our strategy and undertake business development activities to ensure the long term future of our organisation. This is a newly created position, which can be undertaken from any location.

The Chair of the SIAA, David Ball, said “The appointment of a Chief Executive Office is a step change in the SIAA’s ability to deliver value to its members, and help develop the Australian Space Sector as a whole. The board has been working towards the appointment of a Chief Executive Officer during the last two years, and we believe that the time is right for investing in the future of the sector. This investment will assist in delivering the Australian Space Agency’s vision to triple the Australian Space economy and create another 20,000 jobs by 2030.
