Space Mission – Venturing from Startups to Beyond

October 14 - 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm

In 1969 humans first walked on the moon, 50 years later we’re beginning to run. Renewed interest in space exploration in recent years can partly be credited to the driven by the falling costs of launch and rapid technology development.

This has meant that space is no longer restricted to governments. We’ve seen private space companies create a more accessible, less expensive reach into outer space. Space industry startups are expected to play a major role in space exploration.

In addition, many national governments are launching ambitious space strategies. The Australian Government opened its Space Agency in 2018 and aims to triple the size of Australia’s space economy to $12 billion by 2030

Will collaboration between government and industry help create a new space revolution? Find out more here. Register for this event here.
