50 year Moon Landing Anniversary – Moon Gazing by the Swan River
July 14 - 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Come along to Attadale Reserve and celebrate 50 years since humans first set foot on another world.
Through a 14 inch telescope, we’ll view the Moon as it slides beautifully through Sagittarius between Saturn and Jupiter. Listen to an awe-inspiring talk from a qualified astronomer and ask all those questions that have been an itch in your mind.
This event will suit anyone from 6 to 96.
We’ll be near a park bench on the Swan River in Attadale Reserve. Travel along Burke Drive until you see us between Palmer and Tanson Sts. The W3W location is curvy.cracks.dared
July in Perth may be cold and wet, so a “Go – No go” will be called at 3PM on the day. If the event is cancelled, all payments will be refunded ASAP.
